And they have selective hearing as well - I mean, "embellishment" doesn't even begin to cover some of the stuff I heard recently. LOL.

Mostly I just completely ignore it. It's a handy side benefit of being complete anti-social - I never have to hear people bitching and moaning. And online, there's always a delete button. They can cause a huge amount of fall-out damage - either short term or long term, both to the individuals targeted and to those around them - regardless of whether they're true or false. And I don't really take pleasure in seeing other people suffer and squirm in torment (no matter how much they might deserve it).

That said, some rumours can be funny, especially if they're wildly implausible and outrageous.hrugaarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08621922879300266376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10655942.post-1169482407615961412007-01-23T00:13:00.000+08:002007-01-23T00:13:00.000+08:00I always find it hard to believe rumors, but trust...I always find it hard to believe rumors, but trust me - sometimes they are just so questionable that you start thinking: "Real... or not?"

Rumors in the media are worst. They can definitely take away your career.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10655942.post-1169475822676342842007-01-22T22:23:00.000+08:002007-01-22T22:23:00.000+08:00Nice blog. It can actually impair people's judgement on a certain person.

It's kind of sad really. I wish people would try to judge for themselves instead of judging based on what they heard.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
